We answer every email within 2 business days, usually same day. Event submissions go into our editorial review queue and typically publish the same working day once they meet the verification standard from our editorial policy.
For public API questions, see About and the API docs shipped in the repo. Rate limits aren't enforced today; if you need heavy traffic just email us and we'll issue a key.
